They cancelled my booking without informing me , and on calling they said we sent you an email regarding cancellation . But till date I have not received any cancellation mail . Please take appropriate action and ensure this won’t happen again
INLocation is convenient, The care taker cooked homely food, taste was good. Neat and clean facility. value for money.
Breakfast/other meals options too limited, can be better, even slight customization in meals can be given rather than fixed meals options. Care taker did not allow us to cook ourselves if we wanted, generally in service apartments this is allowed. Otherwise service apartment have no other advantage over hotel except value for money.
