"A piece of history that you will never forget!"

The property is situated in a castle and have a unique view on Umbria region. The rooms are decorated in the castle style and everything is very clean. It is a perfect location especially for the people who pay attention to tje details. It is one of the most beautiful location I stayed in Italy. It is situated perfectly for visit Perugia and Assisi. The host was very frendly and kind and help us with everything and explain a lot of the history of the place. It is the kind of place that you never forget.

"Ripa overnight"

Our Host was very nice and what she couldn't explain used her phone to translate. Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished and breakfast was ideal 👌. My only regret is we only stayed one night. I will definitely book again if in the area.

There were no problems at all.

"A lovely place and an amazing host"

Mr. Francesco was a great host. Despite we arrive a little bit earlier than expected he meet us very friendly and show us the facilities and the room. The room was very clean, very presented and spacious. The breakfast was very good, fresh and if you are lucky with a sunny day you can enjoy the beautiful Perugia landscape.

Nothing to point as negative.

Francesco met us upon arrival and was overall an exceptional host for our whole stay. He made us feel welcome and went above and beyond by booking dinner reservations for us. Our rooms were comforts and spotless. Breakfast was superb. Grazie Francesco.
