Instructions for arrival were clear and possible to find even at night. The house is a new build and well thought through. It was spotless and host adds fun arrival suprise. Recommend to anyone from families to solo travellers. There is fridge and microwave too, so you can bring your own food. Outside of the house is serene. Nice farm views and views at the sea.

Our room had to our taste bit too many reflective furniture.

Great location, only 4 letting rooms, tea and coffee available at any time, excellent breakfast. Very easy accessing keys.

Beautifully clean and modern property .our Room was perfect. Breakfast area is stunning. The sea views were amazing Would definitely recommend & also we will return on our next adventure.

Modern, cozy B&B in Keiss with full comfort that a self-service accommodation can provide on a beautiful property. Absolutely loved it.

The location was lovely on route to the NC500, with lovely sea views. Self service breakfast was very generous with access during the day to kitchen area to make tea and coffee.

The property was amazing. The host was so helpful and easy to contact. One of the best places we've stayed . The accommodation was spotless and facilities were perfect. Everything we needed. The bed was comfy and slept soundly after a long day travelling. Thoroughly recommend.
