Breakfast was very satisfying. Location was great a mere few yards from the sea ans local cafes etc.

The pool looked amazing but we didn't use it. Access to the beach is very convenient

The house has seen better days. With the high ranking on booking we expected more. The building shows its age. Many small things added up to the disappointment. We found hairs on our sheet and blood stains which means that probably the sheets had not been cleaned . The shower was also clogged with hair and it had not been cleaned in awhile, given what I found there. The shower was not running properly. When I disassembled the head I found rust and other calcium.. All not major things but all added up to not meeting our expectations

The location and the view is really beautiful.

The building is very old and barely maintained. The room was dirty and full of dust. The blankets and towels were overused and not properly washed. We stayed for a couple hours there and we saw a lizard in the room so we decided to leave the property because we didn't feel safe anymore. The owner was not responsible and assumed all these as normal! I travel a lot and never had such experience before, not recommended at all!

We only spent one night here,but what a lovely place and location. The hosts were super friendly and the breakfast by the pool was gorgeous.... thank you 😊❤️

Owners were exceedingly friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was much more than adequate, it was very good. A nice environment and lovely people to stay with.

Very near to the sea, free parking space, good breakfast, helpfull owners

At arrival owners gave us smaller room as it was booked, poor room sound insulation, outdated wooden door to room(big air gap between them and frame when closed) and balcony door(door handle fell off) and despite closed doors and windows a lot of mosquitos, so we couldn't sleep almost whole night.

Breakfast was great room very clean staff was very friendly all facilities were great swimming pool open day and night basically whenever you want jacuzzi was great too

Fabulous host who could not do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our breakfast by the pool was plentiful and delicious with good coffee as well. I wish we had chosen to stay longer in Sukosan than in Zadar.
