My bed was way to soft and drooped in the middle so hurt my back.

Was given a warm welcome on arrival. Had a lovely stroll around the grounds and found lots of interesting things to photograph. Very peaceful and calm place to be. Enjoyed dinner at a place Carol recommended. Breakfast was delicious. Carol is an exceptional host.

A lovely clean, comfortable BnB in a beautiful, quiet spot in the borders. Carol and her husband were friendly, kind and considerate, even though I kept dithering about my check-in time. Breakfast was generous and delicious.
