Carol and David were very welcoming and accommodating. The location was remote and provided the ambiance of the Scottish borders as i had hoped with the sheep out front and options for short brisk walks. Breakfast was excellent--a wide selection of choices made all members of my family happy!! Carol's omelettes were delicious! Our rooms were cozy yet spacious. Hoping to return again in the near future.

"Peaceful, relaxing and welcoming"

Location is remote but easy to find and we were warmly welcomed. Very clean and tidy with ample choice of breakfast to cater for all needs. A wonderfully quiet area and just what we required for a relaxing break. We will be back.
