"A comfortable room close to the city center"

The location of the apartment, the comfort of the beds were very good, the price-performance ratio was a choice that met the need.

There are some small areas in the bathroom that need some work, but it's not a big deal.

Very little. I suppose the AC worked well.

The room was full of drain flies, mosquitos and midges. The breakfast was terrible — nothing like on the photos. The location is so so. It is pretty far from the station and not that close to the Old Town. The B&B manager wasn’t very friendly. He wasn’t even there to meet me when I arrived at 14:30 (check in from 14:00). There must be hundreds of better places to stay in Lecce.

"Great location in a neat neighborhood close to the city center."

Beautifully decorated rooms in a stately building. Close to the center and nice restaurants. The host and hostess are very sociable and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and they went out of their way to serve me a delicious gluten-free breakfast.

The bathroom, and especially the shower area, deserves a major cleaning. Lots of lime and mold.

"Great location, not hard to find street parking. Classic old building updated nicely!"

The bed was excellent - best I've had in all of Puglia!

The host was very distracted when we arrived and did not ask us if we needed help with parking or directions (which we did and which other hosts have done). However, he was calmer after that and served us lovely breakfasts both days we were there. There was a problem with the shower drain that will need a long term solution.

Comfortable room with interesting design and artwork. Good location in walking distance to city center.

No on-site parking. Guests have to find street parking.

"Good location, clean room."

The location and the room were good. We were able to go everywhere in town by foot. Everything was clean and the AC really helped to have a comfy sleep at night.

Although we booked due to the offer of free breakfast, the first day of our stay we didn't get any. Apparently the man managing the property was unwell. We understand this can happen, but no retribution was made on the following day. From the guest point of view, it was a bit unfair not getting what we were promised from the listing.
