Everything in this hotel is wonderful. Qasr El Salam is an exceptional option. Mr. Ali and all the people that work in the hotel are really very helpful, generous and kind. I strongly recommend you to stay in Qasr El Salam when you come to Siwa. I will come back again for sure.

This is very exceptional place, the host Mr Ali treats guest as family, he arranged pick up and drop to the bus station regardless of arrival or departure time. Plus we planned all trips with the hotel and they were all well arranged to suit our needs, time limits. All drivers were well chosen and very courteous. I was travelling with my 2 daughters and I didn't feel uncomfortable by being 3 women in a male dominated town. All staff were very kind and courteous. It was my youngest daughter birthday and I asked the hotel for a cake. Mr Ali set the cake in the room as surprise with full room decorations and balloons and the cake came with candles too. All in all it was so magical experience. You can't find similar place to this experience.

This hotel made our stay in Siwa truly amazing. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious with direct access to the pool. Breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views on Siwa and oasis and amazing sunrise watching was from the second roof. The owner Ali was really nice, he let us check-in early, right after we came by bus from Cairo, the same for late check-out when we we’re waiting for our evening bus back to Cairo. He provided transportation to and from hotel free of charge. He arranged all the trips for the best prices, we were very satisfied. He exchanged our euros to EGP with no fees and with best exchange rate. He also went to bus station to buy our tickets back to Cairo and he didn’t ask anything for it, we just paid the price of the ticket in euros.

Cleanliness, service, and excursion coordination by owner. Owner/manager was able to arrange my transportation to Siwa, and we felt like he never slept and he was available at all times needed; very convenient and reliable.

The hotel owner Ali helped us in everything in the trip!! He recommended us the best restaurant for dinner,provided us timely laundry service, helped us in booking the bus back Cairo. They also have breakfast delivery service which made our trip super comfortable.

Everything was perfect , all staff members are helpful , owner Mr ali following every thing by himself , he is very helpful , will recommend this hotel to all my Friends and relatives .

Lovely place, wonderful people. Mr Ali arranged for us private tour of the city( salt lake, Cleopatra’s bath, safari in desert and other). Mr Ali’s wife cooked for me amazing and delicious cake for birthday ) Thank you so much for hospitality
