The location of this B&B is excellent. The room is large, bright, and has large windows and air conditioning, which makes it very comfortable.

The entrance gate opens onto a car park area with an unpleasant smell, similar to a garage. The lift is useful; however, during busy times the door is often left open, which is not ideal for guests who have difficulty using the stairs. The breakfast buffet consists of toast, jam, butter, and croissants, and is only available if you can coordinate timing with the manager; otherwise, no breakfast is provided (Also no eggs if you want any). I usually spend £25 (two people)each morning to have a quality breakfast elsewhere. The main concern is the cleanliness of the cups, coffee machine, and milk holder, which is off-putting.

Fabulous location and view, so authentic with a welcoming and helpful host. Can't rate this B&B highly enough. Would definitely stay here again. Entrance is quirky but that's part of the charm as its an old building. There's a lift to second floor apartment and then everything is on 2nd floor level. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Our host welcomed us having a drink on the terrace in the evening and you couldn't have a nicer spot in Lecce. If you want a genuinely authentic Italian experience then this is the place for you.

Värden var så trevlig och tillmötesgående. Tidig incheckning och fick bra tips av värden. Boendet är magiskt, med fin terass med utsikt, även rummet var mycket fint. Frukosten var jättegod och vi kände oss ompysslade under vår vistelse.

La ubicación, las vistas desde la terraza son sin duda alguna las mejores de Lecce, insuperables, impresionantes El trato de Claudio de 10. Es sin lugar a dudas el mejor B&B que puedes encontrar en toda Puglia. Desayuno con pastelería recién hecha Precio super super bueno

Claudio was very nice and had breakfast set up each day.

The entry was very weird. You enter in the garage to an elevator to the 2 floor. Not sure what’s on the first floor.
