Amazing view, charming, romantic and comfortable.

Gorgeous, clean and centrally located. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace which gives you an incredible view of certain carvings on the Basilica that cannot be seen from the street. Must see!

No parking and difficult to find. You need to enter through a small garage door and go up 5 flights of stairs or take a cage elevator

Very close to everything, and Claudio was very helpful and gave us a grey beach to visit nearby.

Wonderful location , elevator , unique and good (sweet) breakfast and very friendly, helpful host . Good parking on 10 minutes walking distance !

Nothing except only location at center

Breakfast was included to our reservation, person in charge said there would be electric shotdown in city which (was not true), that is why he cannot serve breakfast. So we couldnt even take what we paid. We already contacted with booking for that issue and informed them. I dont recommend anybody who comes to Lecce.

The location is fabulous, overlooking the stand out Santa Croce , you eat breakfast on the balcony overlooking it. It is a property in the second floor that is not obvious from outside - however the small adventure of receiving your instructions to get in from Claudio is parting the fun and there’s a classic European small lift to get you there ! Bedroom was nice , I had the one without en suite but you get your own separate bathroom and this was made known to me in advance ( it wasn’t an issue ) , the others do have en suite . Breakfast is nice and it’s all very laid back. Bed comfortable and Claudio very helpful with local knowledge . It was a nice find this place

Would have preferred en suite but it was not a big issue - it’s an old building after all . The location was brilliant
