The noise from the roof in the room in the middle of the night, seems like an animal make their nest on the roof and make the noise. Couldn't sleep well

Locatie, gastvrijheid, hygiëne... alles was dik in orde! Van aankomst tot vertrek was alles zeer goed geregeld en als ik vragen had, werden deze snel beantwoordt/opgelost.

Het ontbijt mag wat gevarieerder, die was naar mijn mening te beperkt. Voor de rest is niks mij tegengevallen.

I absolutely loved the peaceful location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud Center. The gentle sounds of crickets and lizards at night added to the serene, relaxing atmosphere, yet it was still conveniently close enough to get around easily using Gojek. The villa was beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated! The food options were excellent, and I also enjoyed the massage and laundry service. Thank you so much for making my first visit to Bali such a memorable experience! I highly recommend Sunshine Villa and would happily stay here again on future visits.

The only downside was on my final night, when the soft background music in the lobby was unexpectedly quite loud and disrupted my sleep. When I went to the reception to ask if it could be turned down, there was no one there, so I had to use earplugs. This was a one-time experience, and the staff were very apologetic when I mentioned it the next day.

Wonderful stay. Peaceful and well managed with all the facilities. Staff were wonderful. Went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very helpful with everything. Menu was excellent, tried few restaurants outside the villa, but the food in the villa was the best. Stay was very relaxing with the clean pools and outdoor space to hangout.

No comments. Very minimal issues which was fixed straight way when informed.
