Wonderful hosts and great room

Friendly owner, fair price, enough space to move around, sit and enjoy a cup of tea. With only two bedrooms, the house feels like a safe place to stay for people who travel on their own. I imagine it's a good place for people who love to cycle with a few friends!

If you want to stay in during the evening, bring a good book to read, as there is no TV ;) No problem really, just something to take into account.

Easy to find. Very clean. Staff were fantastic and very very helpful.

The large mountain bike group on Sunday morning were very loud, it would be great if they were mindful of guests.

Clean, simple, well designed, low key

The bed were a bit too firm. But that could be very easily solved with a foam mattress topper.

Breakfast was simple but decent. Nice touch to have free non-alcoholic drinks available for guests. Room was lovely, spacious and very clean. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Jeanette and Marc were brilliant hosts.

Nothing at all. A really great experience.

As a cyclist on tour, this was the ideal place for me to stay as the owners also run a MTB training business. My room was lovely and there was full use of the kitchen facilities. Breakfast was included in the price and was nice. For dinner, I could have gone to the local supermarket and used the kitchen to cook something, but I chose to walk 10 mins to the town centre where there was a selection of restautants. All in all it was a great place to stay.
