HUVery friendly, polite staff. A cleaning lady came every morning with fresh towels and to tidy the room. Great food as well.
The beds were a bit old and the mattresses uncomfortable because you could feel every spring in them. The room hadn’t been dusted well and the blanket covers were also seeming old - broken zippers, bleach stains on the towels. Overall our impressions were very good, the place could just use some touches to freshen it up and make it more comfortable.
