"Comforts of home and exceptional value for money."

Room was warm and cosy with very comfortable beds. Nice to have tea/coffee facilties in the room. Large shower and plenty hot water. Breakfast was freshly made to order...perfect consistency porridge and perfect poached eggs. Husband had full English and was also cooked perfectly. Very attentive hosts who delivered an excellent service Would definitely reccommend.

Breakfast, friendliness, welcoming, very practical, very clean, lovely bed. Nice and quiet ,lovely location.

Toilet was exceptionally clean, but ver low for elderly. Shower was good but nowhere to put my own travel shampoo and soap. There was a useful basket on the wall but the spaces between the bars were huge. Everything dropped through. But these are minor issues. LED lights on ceiling and elsewhere were too bright. Very painful on the eyes

"An amazing B&B which was the perfect place for a first night away for us with our daughter."

We had a lovely one night stay at Crich Lane Farm. It was the perfect first night away with our 12 week old daughter. The room was was clean, spacious and we immediately felt at home when we arrived. Breakfast was also a highlight!

Everything was perfect.

"Would definitely recommend, comfortable, lovely and clean and people who really cared."

Location lovely, and wished we had booked for longer and yet easy to get onto other main routes. Staff jwere very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really lovely.

Lovely quiet location, yet only 10-15 minute walk to the pub on the main road. Room was clean, warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. Kate was attentive and very friendly. Excellent choice at breakfast time and the full English was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"Quiet - stunning - Beautiful stay"

Family run business - perfect to be just down the road from a wedding venue - the room was brilliant spacious with all amenities including a safety mat for the shower and they even got me some oat milk for my stay

A coffee pod machine would have made it perfect
