"Great stay at the farm"

The host Kate was very friendly and welcoming, the r oom was very clean the bed comfortable and a really nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was also very good . We found the surrounding area relaxing. Only stayed one night as we we're moving on but wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It’s in a peaceful position with just the animals for company. It’s in a good location for exploring the area; Matlock is nearby and Carsington Water is not far if you like a long walk.

"Excellent stay and nice breakfast"

The hosts are really nice, the place is comfortable and good to stay away. They prepared the breakfast freshly and presented it with a lovely manner, it’s just like a visit to a friend’s home. Very nice to meet the farm animals and happy to visit again

Clean modern very comfortable

It would be hard to actually pick fault but I suppose if I was really picky I would have liked a smart tv so I could access YouTube etc.
