Lack of AC unit in the apartment

Where to begin with? We arrived after 14 hours of driving. We get there and the gentleman who is in the reception had some difficulty with my and my father's id. We didn't say a word we were smiling. We go upstairs and the first thing he does is to quickly take a fan he had in our room. THE ROOMS ARE UNBELIEVABLY HOT! The temperature inside the room was 5 degrees more than outside. We take a bath and we were sweating. (My father is 65 he is not that young) I went downstairs I get the fan back. This fan was the only thing that kept us sleeping in the night. The room was FILTHY! The beds were filthy, the towels were filthy, the carpet inside the room had a funny smell. Make yourself a favour and stay in a better hotel. The day before we left he asked for our room keys only to take the fan back 😂 (I thought they were coming to clean the rooms but not in this life) The room didn't have a fridge! All our food we had for the 10 hours per day in the hungaroring track went bad! And the best thing was kept for the end! I told him the night before that we have to check out early! He nodded because he doesn't speak English. In the morning everything was locked and of course nobody was in the reception! We were knocking doors and thank god I found a rear door through the restaurant that goes behind the hotel because we will probably still be there minus my father who would have died from the heat! DISASTER! I have been in over 10 countries I have stayed with my work in over 50 hotels. This is by far the worst! Avoid it! Make yourself a favour pay something more and stay in a clean and not that hot room! You can't sleep at night!
