Cozy and clean rooms, exceptional hospitality, hearty breakfast

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of, and place is very homey.

Everything was clean Breakfast was great K Off was exceptional. Always making sure we got what we needed Back patio was great after a day of sightseeing to relax Very comfortable

I’d like the shower water to be a bit hotter

The property is located in a quiet wooded area about 5kms from the Khao Yai national park entrance. It is close to restaurants and other attractions. The owner can help with transportation and guides if you don’t have your own vehicle. The room was well furnished with en-suite bathroom and very comfortable. There is access to hot and cold drinks from 7am until 10pm in the breakfast area. The breakfast was delicious. Khun Obb was very helpful in all aspects. Nothing was too much trouble. A very enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Khaoyai B&B for 3 nights in Nov 2024. We had a lovely stay, and would have liked to have stayed longer just to enjoy the property more. Good location to access Khao Yai National Park, which was our primary reason for being in the area. Room was private and comfortable, spacious. The owner was very friendly, and accommodating of our dietary needs, and was willing to provide us breakfast at an earlier hour so we could get an early start on the day. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. We had access to a small fridge to store some items, and could use the dining area outside of breakfast hours. The owner was also able to provide us with names of Tour Guides, and arranged our taxi rides to the resort, and back to Bangkok.

There are only 2 restaurants within walking distance of the resort, but there are several more a short distance down the road but would require a taxi to get there. The cost of our stay was one of our most expensive in Thailand. Think it might have been a bit overpriced.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Khaoyai. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious. The place is very quiet and we could not hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and filling. The owner was super friendly and helpful, she made a couple of phone calls to arrange for our tour and taxi pick-ups. Highly recommended!

The apartments are very clean. Excellent home-made breakfast with different menu each day. Got to try out authentic Thai breakfast, and they are all sumptuous. Beds are clean and comfortable. The owner of the apartments, Khun Obb, is very courteous and hospitable ensuring that our stay is comfortable. Best of all is the credibility of Khun Obb. I’ve dropped my money bag with passport upon my return to the apartment and Khun Obb picked it up and returned with all the contents, including all my vacation monies, intact. My family holiday would have been ruined if not for Khun Obb. I would highly recommend the property for visitors to stay.

I like everything about this stay. They are locate in a secure property, very safe, quite at night. The room was spotless clean, the bed very comfortable, water pressure just right. The host very helpful, she help to arrange the taxi to pick up at DMK airport, then help to communicate with the taxi return my husband jacket. She is the highlight of my stay.

Maybe the breakfast was not our cup of tea.
