The property is beautiful, right in the centre of everything yet on a quiet side street so it is peaceful. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, the room was so clean and comfortable, and Alessandra was so helpful throughout our trip.

A nice spacious room with kitchen facilities one floor up. ALS a nice balcony with a scenic view on a church. The room is one street behind the main street where all the restaurants and shops are, without the noise😁. The host is really helpful with good instructions on how to get to the room and very friendly.

Be aware that the property lies in a traffic (car) restricted area, so you need to carry your luggage a bit.

In City Center but nevertheless very quiet

The house belonged to the owner, Alessandra’s grandfather, he was a painter hence the name “la casa del pittore” and his paintings are on display in all the rooms. The casa has just two rooms, each spacious and very clean. The two rooms share a full kitchen and a large amazing terrace which overlooks St Paulo’s Church. The location in Olbia is perfect, central in the old town and very easily accessible. We travelled via public transport and it’s a short walk from the nearest bus stop. Delicious breakfast provided, this included, ham, cheese, yogurt, jams/nutella, cereal, pastries/muffins, juice, coffee, teas etc. Each room has its own area for food within the kitchen. Alessandra is a perfect host, offering advice and guidance about where to go and restaurant suggestions and is sincere and kind.
