Gasthuys de Peel

Incredible value for money and exceeded our expectations. Although the bathroom facilities are shared they are extremely clean and well equipped. This was the perfect stop not far from the EuroVelo 4 route and ideal for cycle touring. Pieter was really friendly and also helped us to wash our kit in their laundry room which is a big plus when travelling by bike. We could also store our bikes safely in their shed. Would definitely stay again and recommend Gasthuys de Peel for other cyclists.

Owner is easy going and helpful. Room was excellent. Liked the slippers and bathrobes they provide as you have to cross the corridor to go to the showers. Breakfast was extensive, very good, and it was prepared at an early hour, especially for me.

Loved the countryside location, the animals on the property, and the relaxed atmosphere. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and go a long way to make one's stay comfortable. The 'budget room' I had was spacious, with it's own access from the parking area. The breakfast is generous, with fresh produce, and served with care.
