It's a great place to stay for such a low price, the views and the room all were great.

I stayed in the room with views of both volcanoes, and it was absolutely breathtaking—I still can’t believe how stunning the scenery was! The space itself was incredible, with a luxurious, spacious bathroom. The family running it is so lovely and went above and beyond to make my stay special. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. The pool overlooks the volcano, which was such a unique experience. There are a couple of restaurants right next door, making meals super easy since the village is a bit far to walk. If you’re arriving by scooter, the ride is great—just note the last stretch is a bit tricky at first but manageable. Many guests arrived by taxi and arranged transportation with the host to visit places like the hot springs, which I highly recommend after the volcano hike. They also organized my hike, and I can’t recommend the guide enough—it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Just a heads-up: flies can be intense this time of year, so bring bug spray, but that’s common in the area. Overall, an unforgettable stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff made this place so special and would recommend to stay here if you are visiting Kintamani. The views from the room were breathtaking and food in the restaurant on the property was very fresh. The owners also really helped with getting to everywhere I needed to go around the town. Bathroom is a nice size and the place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Very peaceful place and great to be in nature away from all the crowds! Hope to be back soon, thank you!!

We were staying in the room with large windows on both side so we had the amazing view on the volcano and on the lake as well. The staff was very friendly, the food for dinner and breakfast surprisingly good. The bee was extremely comfortable. It was very cozy.

Other guests need to pass in front of the room to walk in and out of the property so you cannot have privacy and the view. The location is at the end of the lake far away from the restaurants and cafe.

Basically, we got located in a different hotel without a view because of internal issues between hosts and overbooking their place for somebody else. Money still wasn't refunded.

I like it so much. First time go to Kintamani. The Villa is clean and the hospitality from the owner awesome. .We really enjoyed in Kintamani.

The property was great with just an incredible view. The family who runs the hotel is so nice, we really enjoyed our stay there!!

I feel like this stay is catfishing. The views are stunning and I loved every morning wake here, but the room itself it's a nightmare. Upon check-in the staff was not speaking english. I presented him the passport and booking accomodation, we went to our room which was full of flies and insects. The bathroom smelled like urine and the closet (where we were supposed to keep our luggage/clothes) was blocked without the key. I asked the staff for the key, he laughed into my face and said "no key". I aasked for another room, but he offered us a downgrade, not the same kind of room. Somehow I started to feel harrassed after this. A woman came to us after I got off the shower (I was literally naked) and she insisted at the door (very weird). She asked for the booking and passport again (even if we ALREADY showed them). Se then came again twice to ask us if were doing the hike to batur. when I said yes, she insisted that her husband is doing the hike. I comunicated her that we already book our guide and she insisted. All this while i was outside of the room in a tower....dude, common. What about common sense?! I cleaned the shower which was smelling as URINE and comunicated that i don't want people in my room - since i had laptop & didn't want to have stolen luggage. Again - i felt harassed. This woman asked my 4 times to clean her room. I said no, I cleaned it, thank you. She proceeded to ask me again "are you sure it's clean?!" Again - no common sense. Each morning we were waked up at 6:00 beause they were cleaning the path to the cabins very noisy. The drive to the accomodation is very bad. If you're coming with the grab - they will probably leave you with the luggage in the main street. From there you have to walk around 25 minutes. The path is inclined, full of potholes and dogs. If you're with a scuter it's double, but be very carefull.
