Close to town, clean & tidy.

Heating was not working, room was very cold.

Location OK Owner nice room warm Not another positive thing about this place

Everything Shabby, not overly clean Tv not working Bed unbelievably uncomfortable Self service breakfast-help yourself to lidlcornflakes in the press.

House needs to be updated. It was also so cold during the night couldn't sleep as it was so cold

Some breakfast options included. Location was great for us.

Stains on carpet, no top sheet on beds, questionable cleanliness. Something was beeping our entire stay, very bothersome.

We had a very comfortable stay at Farnham Guest House. Mimi was so lovely - we told her we planned to walk into the town centre to meet some friends and she insisted on driving us in as it was due to rain! Mimi was also very accommodating when we enquired about a late check out 😊 overall a lovely comfortable stay not far from the town centre, and very good value for money! One great point which I don't think is included in the listing, is that continental breakfast is included in the price. Although we didn't end up having any ourselves, Mimi let us know to help ourselves to toast and cereal etc in the kitchen, which I thought was a lovely touch.

The host was quite friendly. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The guests above us were loud throughout the night, very annoying. The floorboards above us were very creeky. Although the bed was comfortable, the b pool anklet covers were very old and had aged stains in them. The offer of a proper breakfast should have been included in the price.Not much of a point calling it a b+b other wise. The curtain barley absorbed any light so the room was quite bright early in the morning.
