The breakfast was cheap products. It was called continental breakfast but no croissants or pastries. I had tea and toast. Other than that, there was cheap orange juice, cheap supermarket salami and cheap processed cheese in individually wrapped slices. It was embarrassing.

I am not a troll and normally only leave reviews when I have good experiences. This was deplorable. There was no welcome to Kinsale from the polish hostess. The only positives were that the accommodation was clean, and 5 minutes walk from the town centre, albeit up a steep hill. The decor was horrendous and like something from the 1970s. The room was small. It was cold. The shower was weak and no soap, shower gel or shampoo provided. At times, there was no hot water. The white towels were old and now grey. The mattress was paper thin. The worst part was the owner. I was standing in the front garden talking to a friend (who was staying elsewhere), and the hostess ran out like a madwoman saying I had only paid for a single room and I wasn’t bringing any woman into my room. I wasn't trying to. She then shouted at me that I had got the floor in the bathroom wet while showering and she had to get down and dry it when cleaning. When I was leaving, I told her I would never be back. I thought it was a rubbish service and that she was rude and ignorant to my friend and I felt she had no manners. Her reply was that I was to get out, and she didn’t want me back as she is making loads of money. This is a disgraceful advertisement for Irish tourism and for Kinsale. As an Irish person, I was embarrassed that visitors to this country could receive this treatment.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire qui était très aimable et disponible. Le logement est très bien situé dans Kinsale.

Il faisait froid dans la chambre et la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und nah am Ortskern. Solides B&B für eine Nacht in Kinsale.

Leider sehr hellhörig (+ alte Türen).

It's just a couple minutes walking from the town center.

Very hard to park a car anywhere close if you don't arrive right at check in time. The front door needs to get fixed. Impossible to lock or unlock from outside. No shampoo/conditioner or shower gel. Beds fit in the room a bit snug but it was only 2 of us, so it was fine. We came back to the house at 11pm, and was knocked at to be quiet. You can hear everything in the house, even the drift from other people's door, moves your door slightly. So not for light sleepers. Were told that breakfast has to be at 8am, worked for us, but if you wanted to sleep longer there was no other solution. Breakfast was similar to what we got in a hostel the night before. Couple slices of cheese in plastic, instant coffee, toast or brown bread. Wouldn't stay for more than 1 night.

Avevamo la Camera n. 4 . La camera era grande con 2 letti, ma i materassi ( soprattutto in uno) sono sfondati con le molle che fanno male. Non c'è un armadio o altro dove appendere la roba. Il bagno con un lavabo di dimensioni mignon e l'acqua nella doccia scendeva pianissimo. La colazione veramente basica con pochissima scelta. Non ci tornerei.
