La proximité avec la ville, le parking.

Accueil déplorable, la personne ne nous a pas dit bonjour et s’est montrée très désagréable. Service minimum pour le peyit déjeuner... La literie de notre chambre était déplorable : matelas a ressorts couvert d’une fine mousse, nous avons peu dormi. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement !

L'accueil plutôt froid et expéditif. La douche de la salle de bain pas adaptée ainsi qu’un lave mains en guise de lavabo

Pas de mobilier, ni bureau, ni chaise où poser ses affaires dans la chambre 4. Pas de banc à l'extérieur pour s'assoir avec les amis pour griller une cigarette, par exemple.

If you’re looking for a chilly room, a bed with individual springs you can feel, a gentle shower that won’t get you too wet and a slimmer’s breakfast of a slice of processed meat, one of processed cheese and a foil wrapped cheese triangle and if you like purple then this is the place for you. If not, then look elsewhere. At €140 for two this was not good value and compared very poorly with places we stayed in West Cork later in the week.

Continental breakfast was ok for a change, location was very good, any issues we had were delt with immediately.

Unfortunately slight problem with language barrier land lady ok but came across as a little abrupt at times, would have been nice to have shampoo and shower gel provided

Professional kind staff and great location to main part of town

Totally personal - very thin pillows - had to roll them to get support.

Convenient location to Kinsale downtown, had its own parking area, breakfast was more than adequate to start the day

Was somewhat noisy with as many guests as the place accomodated. Could not plug adapter plugs in outlets near the bed due to the chair rail wood trim blocking the adapter base
