The Mill Bar

The cooked breakfast was excellent and I could also have availed of a wide selection of cereals if I wanted. I was served filtered coffee which was excellent . An unexpected extra was the high quality marmalade that was also provided , I did n't ask but I suspect that this was artisan or home made marmalade as it was so good.

It had early check in from 12 o’clock and the lady was lovely and facilities where spotless

Our room was freezing even with the heating on

Teresa is a lovely, friendly, entertaining lady and a great cook, too.

The decor needs an update

Teresa made the stay excellent. The location was ideal, we were attending a wedding in the Athlone Springs. The breakfast was delicious, beds were so comfortable and Teresa even timed the heating so our room was lovely and warm but not too hot for sleep. I would highly recommend. A lovely traditional Irish B&B!
