The location, the interior design, the ‘old Arab’ feel, the space, the terrace, the attention to detail with which the accommodation was planned and of course, the wonderful care provided by Nur at reception, who looked after everything beautifully. Thank you Nur

The code for the external door did not work at first, which was inconvenient but this was quickly remedied.

Large room in pristine condition very comfortable bed well equipped in quiet neighborhood in the old city. Nura is very helpful and responsive. Breakfast at nearby Arabesque Hotel was delicious - the best we had in the country (to be booked in advance!!)

Everything was perfect:; just a very small regret: the place has been completely renovated with much taste but in a rather modern style which in my opinion has slightly mitigated its authenticity

We had an issue with the air-conditioning but they dealt with it promptly and offered very nice compensation so we were happy :-)

We stayed as a couple for two nights at the newly renovated Beit Elfarasha and were extremely happy with our stay. The room is spacious with a large shower room and the location within the city walls of the old town of Akko is perfect for exploring the historical areas. The manager, Nura, was super helpful with recommendations and restaurant bookings, and we had a wonderful welcome from Cathy the night we arrived: Cathy also gave us much-valued restaurant recommendations – Turkiz especially – and explained to us the commendable ethical ideas and ideals behind Beit Elfarasha, from honouring two remarkable women to integrating art work, social work, and spirituality into running the place. Beit Elfarasha only has two rooms, I think, and we were alone for the days of our stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Just wonderful.

The location was perfect and easy to find with detailed information from the manager the day before arrival. The entire building was beautifully decorated, offered modern amenities and comfortable beds, and was very clean from top to bottom. The coffee machine, roof top and downstairs seating area really made for a comfortable stay for our family. The neighborhood was quiet during the day and night.

Very nice and clean room, rooftop terrace, coffee and little sweets as welcome gift. Host gave a lot of extra information via messanger.

This is a lovely place to stay - really centrally placed just a couple of minutes from the restaurants and the sea front and the old suq. There is no breakfast but there is tea and coffee freely available and some delicious pastries to welcome us when we arrived tired and hungry. Staff are lovely and friendly and the ethos of the place with its emphasis on bringing people from different communities together is a bonus.

Parking is a bit tricky - we ended up with a hefty fine so make sure you follow the instructions very carefully and don't park within the old city. The stairs are steep so make sure you can carry your case up a fairly long flight of stairs.
