Skylight Room!

The rooms are too close together, and you can hear almost every sound from neighboring rooms. I couldn't sleep because my neighbor was talking on the phone throughout the night and into the early morning. The sound insulation between rooms definitely needs improvement, and the noisy floors should be fixed before charging guests these rates. Overall, the lack of soundproofing had a significant impact on my stay.

It was hard to find, had no sign. I was sent an email the morning of my arrival but I had no internet access to receive it. Also I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which I didn't remember in the listing. My friend who was with me needed a mobility scooter and there was no elevator or lift for her. Fortunately the host helped us with our luggage for us. He helped us order delivery of Asian food and brought it up to us when it arrived. The 3 flights of stairs was not an issue in 1999, but being 71 and nearly 70, it's much more difficult.

Accueil chaleureux. Endroit très calme, proche des arrêts de bus, a 15 min à pied d'un LIDL et d'un petit centre commercial, pizzeria, MC Do, chinois. Chambre très propre et petit déjeuner fourni de pleins de bonnes choses : pains, beurre, confiture. Céréales, café, thé, fruits, yaourts. Jambon, fromage, jus d'orange et jus de pomme .... parfait pour reprendre la route en forme !

Es war sehr wenig Platz und am schlimmsten war, dass es nur ein Dachfenster in einem Schacht zum Himmel gab, dass nur über eine Stange erreichbar war und bei Regen geschlossen werden musste. Man fühlte sich wie in einem Bunker

Excellent location and property. The host was pleasant and welcoming.

Noisy floorboards, so when the other people using the property returned in early hours, and used the shower it disturbed our sleep.

We had a comfortable night and slept well. Max is a great host and was very helpful in advance.

Price-performance-ratio could be better as the walls are very thin and the shared bathroom (we did not realize in advance that it's shared) is pretty small. Furthermore, we missed proper cheese for breakfast. Nonetheless, for one night traveling through, it's a good place to stay.
