The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of Varanasi. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Very well kept historical property.

They should have more options for breakfast rather than the same i.e. 1 each for veg and non-veg daily. They should provide sound proof windows in road side rooms it gets very noisy in evenings.

Very clean room and bathroom (which is the biggest we have seen in any hotel). Staff including Swati Madam were very friendly and helpful. In-room service and laundry service were always very prompt.

The neighbourhood is not great. Hardly any good restaurants nearby. It is directly on a main road and can be quite noisy sometimes. Some simple lunch/dinner facilities in the hotel (like rice, dal, curd) would have been very useful. The bathroom floor can be slippery and a bit dangerous for elderly people. It is a bit on the expensive side considering the neighbourhood and lack of a restaurant in the hotel.

I cannot believe I found this hidden gem, a true oasis within Varanasi. The house is gorgeous, every little bit of it intrigued me. I loved the room, I found myself just staring at the little details all the time. The decor is perfect, you have done a fantastic job with not only the style but the cleanliness. I’m not even exaggerating I am hard to please I take wipes with me, I did not need to do a thing this is the cleanest place I have stayed (not just in India I literally mean ever) without a shadow of a doubt. The taps were shining, the marble floors were gleaming, the towels smelled amazing - it was pristine! I also fell in love with the shower - the best we’ve had on our travels. I could have stayed here comfortably for so much longer. Your team are fantastic they are so friendly, helpful and clearly have extremely high standards with every aspect. Thank you so much for the stay and the experience - it was so beautiful. My advice to anyone travelling to Varanasi - do not hesitate to book this is the place to be, the facilities, the character and charm and the location near to the Ganges ghats is on point!

Be prepared for mosquitoes (banares in general has a lot of them) but the house is open planned outside the room so take your sprays as a precaution :)
