Beautiful Homestay in a peaceful and convenient location. The host 'Boney' is kind, warm and so helpful. Delicious breakfast available on request.

I thought the bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but it wouldn't put me off returning.

As the name suggests, the stay was quiet, clean and well managed. We had authentic Kerala breakfast. This place was well equipped with all facilities. One of the best stay in Kerala.

Serene Stay and its host, Boney, are amazing. My husband had an upset stomach and could only eat plain rice & yogurt. Boney prepared the rice and bought yogurt (curd) for him both nights of our stay. He made sure all our needs were met including preparing a breakfast at short notice. The room was clean and well-maintained. Air conditioning works well and thicker blankets are included in the rooms which was great. There's hot water & good water pressure in the showers. Wifi connection is good. Note that Alleppey beach & the starting point for some of the canoeing/shikara tours is about a 8-10 min drive as the homestay is located in Punnamada. But there are plenty of auto rickshaws available close by. We had our canoe drop us off at the dock close to the homestay (only 5 min walk away) so you could look into doing the same.
