מקום מקסים, מתוחזק היטב והתאים מאוד לסיום טיולנו בהודו. פינה שקטה, בריכה נקייה, ארוחות בוקר טובות הצוות וראג'ו נתנו שירות מעולה ומילאו אחר כל צרכינו. בהחלט נשוב לוילה אקסה!!

Absolutely loved my stay. Beautiful boutique style villas with a stunning garden and pool area. The location was perfect, across the road from the beach and stunning cliff top cafes and restaurants close by. Every detail was so thoughtful and you could really feel the love that was put into villas. Staff were amazing and so kind. Felt like home away from home.

"The stay was exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation."

Had a great time! The host, Siddharth, is welcoming and resourceful, he does not interfere, and provided us with contacts for activities we wanted to do in Varkala as well. The property is extremely well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. We were also able to use the pool at any time, and we felt rejuvenated during our stay. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away, a good cafe is next to the property, can take a scooty for hire and go to the North Cliff in 15-20 mins, mangroves are 30 mins away. Good food for breakfast and snacks was available at the property. Would recommend the stay to anyone looking for a fuss free, less crowded vacation in Varkala.

The property is quaint and very well maintained. The staff are exceptionally good and always willing to help! It’s a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The pool was my favourite part!

Would definitely recommend staying here, beautiful facilities, friendly staff and a nice location on South cliff. Good selection and quality of breakfast. From local cuisine to continental. Just across the street is Varkala South cliff with incredible views. Pool area is beautiful and the rooms are fantastic. Stayed there with my family
