Bobby, the caretaker was very good. He did his best to keep us comfortable.It is a good property.

The food was not so good, though they tried to make it better later. Lot of insects coming in. The owner was not considerate and was hell bent on extracting money when we had to leave early due to circumstances. A bad experience.

This property is a gem of a place midst sandal wood forest, a place with exclusivity when you are with your close family or friends. Well kept rooms and wash rooms, good support staff and mood creating surroundings. Rooms are not air-conditioned but, it is not needed at the moment. You will definitely feel close to the nature

Great staffs and a tranquil location, so could not have asked for more.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt like a home away from home.

Hospitality, location of the place, food. Special mention about Bobby who took care of us well and made us feel like home. My Son enjoyed spending time in the farm along with Bobby.

Choices of food was limited. But quality and taste was good.

The location is in an exotic sandlewood reserve forest. Deers,monkeys, peacocks, Indian giant squirres roam about freely. Lots of other tourist attractions are within driving distance. The resort itself is very comfortable and the homely food is delicious. The treehouse, outside fireplace, the pond with lots of fish which you can hook and cook is in itself quite enough to spend a day or two .The house also keeps lots of indoor games, good wifi connection,a good book collection and a couple of bicycles.ensuring little busybodies have a lot to keep themselves entertained.Kudos to the owner for setting up such a lovely location and opening it to guests. Also a.special callout to Bobachan ,our young, friendly and energetic caretaker who ensured we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay .

(1) Mobile reception: No fault of the property though something to keep in mind. The only available networks are Jio and BSNL. Though the property has wifi, if you plan to travel outside, it is highly recommended you get a suitable sim. Else you would be dependent on carrying cash. (2) Low slung vehicles: Owners of vehicles with low ground clearance - be forewarned. There are rough patches in the access road to the property and it would be wise to park the vehicle outside in a secure parking area which is also graciously provided by the property.

The place was very pleasant with a lot of extra facilities like novels, board games, tree house, cycles etc. The fireplace and the barbeque experience were excellent. There was also chance to try fishing.
