The overall experience was very good. Staffs are very gentle. The manager always tried to satisfy our needs and extended help to us all the time we need. The cooking staffs were very nice and cooking was very nice. Their behaviour also very good. The driver who picked up us from the airport was very humble person. We travelled our entire trip with him. I will definitely suggest all my friends and colleagues to stay in this hotel. Thank you

Exceptional customer service experience!! From the moment you arrive at the airport with a sign in your name until you leave. Made us feel like VIP. Manager was friendly and helpful. Staff are always attentive. They don't want you to ever lift your bags. Extra service was provided by Manager to book us a taxi in Havelock. He had no hesitation to call on our behalf to another island to help us have a taxi ready. Room is spacious, clean, good shower and hot water, and a comfy bed. No view, but you are in the middle of the Aberdeen market. Super lively and busy market, lots of stores . Remember, this is a 100 year old place. Not many good restaurants nearby, hotel food was good. Breakfast was simple Puri Sabji or eggs any way you want. The Hub restaurant is attached and has more snacks and exciting food and cofffes, tea and desert. A new rooftop restaurant is being built and will enhance the dining experience.
