The staff was so cooperative & rooms were super cozy & neat & clean.

We had a great time at Peepal Tree. Check in was smooth with Brender. He explained everything clearly in English and provided a fantastic check in. Brender helped us out on a few more occasions over the next few days. Always providing excellent service whether to restock our room or to guide us on where to go nearby. The room was a good size. Plenty of storage. A ton of lights which is rare in hotels. You can make it as bright or dim as you want. Water boiler, TV, A/C, fan all good. Bed was medium softness, which is perfect. There is a working desk with a chair. And a coffee table with 2 more chairs. Bathroom was also good

Mosquitos can get in the room sometimes so minimize opening the outer door for too long. The sink pipe under the sink started leaking the 3rd night causing the sink to not be usable anymore. Should be a quick repair for Room 301.
