Clean and spacious rooms and bathroom Unobtrusive staff

Lighting in the bathrooms was a bit too dim Needed a dressing console and full length mirror in the room.

Room was really spacious and clean.

The location is good, the bed is comfortable

The shower cubicle door was broken, the shower gel is vile, no guests are allowed into the property whatsoever – something that has to be specifically mentioned before you book, rooms are kind of small, whereas the common areas are so large it defeats the purpose

Very spacious bedroom and apartment, peace and quiet whilst so in the centre of Delhi. Central location. The kitchen staff were attentive. Safe and secure very close to good restaurants..

My first room was wonderful. The environment serene and completely quiet at night. It was very comfy in just about every way… The location was very walkable to the cute and plentiful main market, which provided everything one needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and did their best to make my stay comfortable, within their somewhat limited authority.

Some of the things advertised were just not true. Should be amended in the description. While the kitchen is available, they prefer for you not to cook so they severely limit the provision of utensils and equipment. The utensils they do provide, are worn and of poor quality. I was asked last minute to leave my room and go to another room. The other room was closer to the street noise and lights, the AC noisy and the quality of the first room was just not the same. It was a completely different experience and really strange to be asked to move immediately. I think this hotel needs an upgrade in the way it is run…given the price charged. There were too many issues to name here. Not sure I’d stay again.

Outstanding highlight for me was that my sister was not well and I had to head out before the pharmacies were open so gave some money to the front desk and asked if they could get her some medicine when the pharmacies opened and they helped with that which was much appreciated. The rooms and flats are modern. We were lucky the other people in our apartment were friendly and respectful (there were three rooms in our apartment - sharing kitchen, living room and dining area). Kitchen, living/dining area and washing machine make you feel a bit more comfortable than staying in a hotel (albeit the trade off is you have more limited facilities eg no gym and experience is more likely to be impacted by what the other people on your floor are like). Location was good.

Our room had a funny smell at times (like that of a drain). The front desk did bring an air freshener which did help.

Very clean, good air and water filters, washing machine and kitchen facilities. Large rooms. Very nice helpful staff.

A very safe property with friend staff. Modern interior design and clean, great breakfast too.

Worth noting all kitchen areas for tea/ coffee/ sofas are communal but wasn’t too much of an issue
