Hosts were wonderful, couldn’t do more for us. It was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and they not only gave us a card, but put an Anniversary Banner in our chalet. Breakfast in 17th Century Cottage was amazing.

"Cute countryside cottage"

Very adorable little cottage in the countryside. The hosts were very accommodating as we weren't sure what time we would arrive to check in. They were very welcoming and even offered us a lift if we couldn't find an available taxi. The room itself was cosy with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Cooked breakfast was delicious! The setting is really beautiful and would have loved to stay longer and do some walking in the area.

Just a heads up you kind of need a car to access unless you want to book taxis to go anywhere.

"Ideal place to visit the area"

The breakfast was excellant, the room was very comfortable, and they made a point of supplying decaf tea for us. The room is separate fom the main house so is very private. The location is in the countryside so very quiet and peaceful, but is also ideally placed for travelling around the area, approximately equi-distance for Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St. Edmunds. We had a wonderful few days there to celebrate our anniversary and John and Denise helped to make it extra special for us. We couldn't reccomend it more highly, but don't everybody book it as we definitely want to go back.

Couldn't fault anything, apart from the fact we were there for too short a time

"A perfect, comfortable place to stay!"

The hosts Denise and John are a great team very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, very comfortable with a great shower. The location is perfect out in the countryside quiet, no road noise and very dark at night for a perfect nights sleep! There is a great selection for breakfast, the hot breakfasts are delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like. I really enjoyed my stay.
