B&B Pletna a Double Lake-View Room

Location is amazing, right infront of the lake. One of the best Location to stay in Bled. Host is super helpful and courteous, highly recommended

Beautiful view, from the large windows and large balcony on the 2nd floor, over the lake and island church. Close to the south side of the lake, where the best views of the island church/castle/mountains are. Mercator grocery store next door, so we were able to save on breakfast. Room was a little tight, but comfortable, well-furnished, very clean. Our room also had an extra twin bed (triple room), and dining table with 3 chairs. Staff were all very nice. On-site parking was free.

Pletna boats to the island, and rowboats for rent are right next to the property, but the more economical electric boats to the island are in town, which we had to drive to and pay for parking.

Traffic -which they can do nothing about and better (continental style) breakfast at minimal or no cost/ -minor issue though, as we walked to town where there are better options

This is hands down, the BEST location to stay at Lake Bled (after walking around the lake). The Bled Island can be seen clearly from our balcony, which meant we spent most of our non sleeping hours there when we are back in the room. It was so nice to just sit there with a glass of wine/ cup of coffee and watch the world go by. We really loved our stay here. The B&B is indeed located next to the road but we were still able to sleep very well and wake up well rested at 6am to catch the sunrise over the lake from the balcony. Other than the amazing view, the host was very friendly and helpful. There is free parking and the room was done up in a tasteful and cozy manner. There is a restaurant and boat rental right next door, and a small supermarket is just a few steps away. This place truly has everything you'll need for a unforgettable stay.

We had a lovely time at B&B Pletna. The view from the balcony to the lake is amazing, the room is nice and clean. The staff is always there to help and they gave us lots of good information, what to do, visit, try in the area. We loved the food at Čarman Restaurant next door!

The only thing would be that the main road is close, so you can hear the cars passing. (For us this level of noise was not disturbing at all, and the property also informed us about this fact upon booking.)

Great location, friendly host

Mojca and her family were incredible hosts, we loved our stay so much. The lake view room was gorgeous, cute decorations and vibe, everything very nice and comfortable. Multiple options for breakfast and lots of guidance on activities, etc. if you’re looking for that. Also great location to do everything in Bled and a convenient bus stop close by.

We knew it was on a busy road so sometimes that was noisy but not that bad at all, from someone who is a light sleeper it was very comfortable.
