Big and nice room, excellent location, easy communication with host, super easy check in and check out.

The location and the staff. Very sweet lady! And a cute room! Perfect for a couple.

The wifi was slow and our phone network was poor. Hence, anything that required internet wasn’t working.

Ideal for my mum as it’s hard to find anywhere in Stamford that is all on one level

The Little Annexe is well appointed, comfortable and warm. The bed is especially comfortable. The shower room is spacious and works well. Rachel brought us fresh bread and croissants daily. She is a most attentive hostess. We had private parking which is most useful and the property is not far from the centre of town.

There is nothing we did not like.

Location was perfect.Rachel greeted us on arrival and showed us the short walk into Stamford. Room was spotlessly clean. Loved the light breakfast in the mornings. Really comfortable and relaxed stay.

Perfect location for visiting Stamford and the surrounding sights. Easy walk into the town. Our host made contact before our stay to make sure all our needs were catered for where possible, even managed to enjoy breakfast in the garden one morning. Will be returning soon AE
