"Excellent facility with a friendly and kind host."

It was immaculately clean , warm and welcoming. Great host couldn’t do enough. The annexe felt homely and safe with everything I could have wanted.

I arrived in the dark and locating it wasn’t easy but the host answered my phone call and came out side to meet me.

"Exceptional"

The little annexe was clean and comfortable. Rachel had gone out of her way to provide everything we needed including a lovely continental breakfast with choices of croissants, toast, jam, marmalade, yoghurt, fresh coffee and choice of teas. She left a map of the footpath to town.. only 15 mins walk and was so accommodating.

"Enjoyable stay with old town walkable in 10 minutes"

The continental breakfast was more than adequate, with quality produce. The bed was comfortable, clean and fresh. There was plenty of space for two considering the cost.
