It was perfect

Tasteful, comfortable and spacious room. Fab breakfast. Excellent hosts. We had a lovely experience staying at Cambrian House.

Breakfast was good and location perfect only a short stroll from the Aleppo pub for our bikers reunion party. Room was very comfy and well equipped. Shower room excellent I've seen far worse in so called 4 star hotels and plenty of towels and large enough too. TV on wall a bit small but then I wasnt really there long enough for it to be issue. Outside car parking plenty of space for my 4x4 and location in Carno village easy to get in and out. Apart from the price its 5 stars from me!.

Price. I paid £141 which for a bed/breakfast in midwales is expensive. It did include booking fee but even so I'd have rated it at around £100 a night for dual occupancy. I needed a place to stay and Cambrian House is probably best in village certainly better than the Aleppo Inn which charges roughly the same though is a bit cheaper and there are no hotels of equivalent standard anywhere locally from what I could see online. Room view was car park & the main road.

Ivan & jacqui were absolutely amazing, we were both felt so relaxed in their company. Wow wow wow wow We had such an amazing birthday weekend away together. The whole place smelt incredible when we walked through the front door, everything about the room was absolutely fantastic. Every detail was just beautiful, the lovely handmade soap all of the tea tray products nothing was left, the little shortbread were lush. The towels were fluffy the bathroom was incredible and that shower was just wow. The breakfast was just gorgeous and filled us up for the whole day, my husband recreated the fruit salad for me this morning. Having the local pub just a stones throw away was ace. We did some exploring, and both ivan and jacqui were really informative of local places of beauty.. Everything about our stay was incredible, and we both cannot wait to stay again maybe in the summer or maybe also the winter. Thank you both

The property is a beautifully presented and the most well maintained and homely place we have ever stayed in.

The hosts were lovely and the rooms were absolutely exceptional! Every little detail was thought of. Homemade soap, wine glasses, coffee pods and embroidered robes! Breakfast was amazing, lovely fresh squeezed orange juice and a good portions. Will definitely be back!
