Was basically informed that the hotel has a communal kitchen and anything in could be used. view from balcony was really good. bed was comfy, room was a fair size and the actual location, although some would say a distance, it was only, at most, 10 minutes from train/bus station and a few mins walk into centre of Siena. Loved the facilities and really enjoyed the biscuits provided, thank you. Did not have breakfast as this was something that had to be booked in advance so could not sample. Great host and made to feel welcome as though a family member, good touch.

Unfortunately, there is no lift and it is 2 flights of stairs.

The interior design was carefully chosen and fun! When it was new I would have given more points/stars but by now the shower tiles and especially the entrance area were quite worn. The entire kitchenette/entrance area was a bit in disorder. It’s nice to have access to a common kitchenette with a capsule coffee maker. Checkout is at 10:00 sharp; but only 10 min earlier my receipt was available. Had I left earlier there would not have been the receipt. The room itself was spacious and had aircon, fridge, kettle, cookies, hairdryer and a great shower. I slept with earplugs as I could here other guests through the door/wall. The accommodation is a mix between hostel vibes and guesthouse — just without a present host. Communication happened through WhatsApp. Here I missed the replies to my individual questions; all seemed to be standard messages. For a real good feedback I expect people working in hospitality to go that extra mile. The train station is 12min away (walking), the Duomo 15min. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby.

Stanza molto spaziosa all'interno di un grande appartamento, dotata di tutti comfort essenziali. Ambiente silenzioso, peccato solo per lo scarico dell'acqua del bagno che è un po' rumoroso. Letto comodo e diversi cuscini per ogni esigenza. Staff molto gentile, disponibile.
