Convenient. Reasonable price. Parking. Close to shops and takeaways. Helpful staff. Good sized rooms. Fridge in room.

Really outdated throughout. No oven or hob to cook with. Has a funky smell throughout the property.

This is the second time I have stayed here and everything is perfect as far as I'm concerned. The host is very helpful and friendly. I will be working down in the Derby area again later this month and I have already booked the Braemar Guest House for my stay.

Very good location ideal for getting to local shops and bars and the park was only a few minutes walk away, and the landlady was very kind and courteous

Very comfortable room with literally everything you require and more. The room even had a fridge!! The rest room was excellent also. The staff cleaned the room every day. I had a very good stay.
