Rooms Stella

Stella is very kind and helpful and every morning prepares breakfast for guests. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is located near the city center and a beach.

It was exactly like what one would expect from a delightful European bed and breakfast. Stella was warm and friendly and gave us a hearty breakfast each day with a charcuterie board and juices and coffee and an omelette. The decor was delightful. Our room was all done in lavender. The breakfast room was all in lime green, etc. Stella really tried to make us feel welcome and we did.

Rooms Stella is in a good part of Split with easy access to the beach, but the building has no signage so it was hard to find. Then parking was an issue. Apparently blue spots are 18 euros a weekday, but free on weekends. White spots are always free. Finding a parking spot was difficult. The stairway up to Rooms Stella is really rundown, so a delightful surprise to see how nicely she keeps the rooms. Returning at night is disconcerting because the long stairwell is completely dark. My phone flashlight was imperative.

Spacious room with balcony, room to sit outside. Access to the kitchen area 24/7 - dedicated shelf in fridge. Plenty of leaflets about Split and map available. Very attentive host. Brilliant location - short walk to the beach, bakery and coffee shop across the road, max 10min walk to the harbour front, palace and restaurants.

Only thing would have liked was a safe in the room.

La stanza è estremamente accogliente, Stella è fantastica e super disponibile a qualsiasi ora. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, vicinissima al centro. Anche la colazione perfetta per chi vuole farsi una vacanza rilassata.

Non ho trovato niente che non mi piacesse.

4 notti (580€) per una camera dentro un appartamento pulizia in questi 4 giorni inesistente fatto rimostranza alla figlia della signora ma mi ha detto che non era obbligatorio fare pulizia e che se non mi piaceva potevo scegliere un hotel ... . Poi guardando il sito le foto non sono proprio corrispondente e per ultimo siccome non avevo visto che il pagamento era contante 🫤 ho dovuto prelevare presso un ATM con 9.70€ di spese

For starters, the host Stella is lovely. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, that our room was clean, and she’s a great cook in the morning! Fresh omelettes, toast, good coffee. The location was easy. A quick walk to the ferry dock, bus terminal, downtown split waterfront, and the local city beach. We were very centrally located in a quiet residential zone.
