Comfortable and spacious well appointed rooms. Quiet beautiful location with friendly hosts and a superb breakfast.

Gravel parking / pathway made it difficult for suitcases. Everything else was positive 🙂

What a lovely place in such a beautiful area! Everything was so fine and Sarah and Richard made the stay so comfortable for us. We particularly recommend to enjoy the dinner Sarah offers. It’s delicious. Also the breakfast is really one of the best you can have! Unfortunately we stayed only one night, because we were on round trip in South West England. We travelled down from Scotland for my brother's funeral. Lovely welcome and Sarah had made roast pork and an apple crumble for us arriving for which we were very grateful as we had been travelling all day. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and kept us going with a top up of sandwiches at the funeral until we reached Bristol on our way home. Setting is wonderful with beatutiful grounds. Would thoroughly recommend a stay there. Sarah and Richard could not do enough for us. Will definitely recommend if asked for somewhere to stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely farmhouse bed and breakfast. Beautiful house, room and garden. Miles from anywhere. We slept like logs after a nearby friend's party. Come here to switch off, or as a base.

It's miles from anywhere! Although you can get to Plymouth fairly easily in fact. We only stayed one night - we want to come back again!

Die weitläufigkeit der Farm und das große gemütliche Bett ! Sehr großer Parkplatz auf dem Gelände ! Das selbstgemachte Abendessen , leider hatten wir nicht nach dem Preis gefragt, der uns etwas zu teuer erschien, es war aber sehr lecker ! Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und sehr reichlich !

Das in die Jahre gekommene Bad ! Und die im Aussenbereich etwas aufdringlichen Katzen ! Die Anfahrt führt über eine sehr enge Straße !

Stayed here at Smeaton Farm a few times now and we are never disappointed, always a pleasure to stay here. Richard and Sarah are great to chat with and make you feel relaxed and at home.
