Sharon and Andrew were warm, friendly and helpful hosts. The bed was very comfortable, and the separate living room space was really useful. The decor in the room was restful and well chosen, and the complimentary toiletries were good quality. Breakfast was great and accomodating to different needs. Location excellent for train station and for closeness to sea and town.

Nothing I didn't like - I felt welcome by the hosts and had a lovely stay. The top floor rooms do have a fairly narrow staircase to climb but it felt safe.
