Spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent, comfortable, and our main priority was off street parking. Caroline the host could not do enough for you to make your stay welcome. This is our second stay with her and we highly recommend.

"Thoughtful hosts in a comfortable, quiet location"

The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. I had told Carolyn that I would need to leave very early to catch a train and she kindly offered to make a packed breakfast so that I had something to take with me. She also made sure I was in a room where I didn't need to worry about disturbing other guests.

A perfect location to break up the journey South. Comfortable, quiet and all you need to feel at home, especially if travelling solo. Carolyn is friendly and welcoming. The room was super clean and bed sheets smelt wonderful and fresh. Good breakfast menu to choose from. Parking on site, which was helpful. Good value for money.
