Breakfast was excellent as always, can't think of anything they didn't think of. Dining room is cosy and welcoming.

The location is perfect for a visit to the beach at Riley or days out in the surrounding area. The hosts are very friendly and have lots of tips, like the best pubfood in town. There is a breakfast menu, a tasty cooked breakfast and the hosts remember your preferences. The room is very comfortable, even when I had to walk up the long stairs for it.

Parking is not possible in front of the house, but free in the side streets. That works most of the time, except when there is a foodfestival on over the weekend. Paid parking is quite a long way and needs to be recharged every 24 hrs.

Good location and clean room

The bed was lumpy and we could not get a good night sleep the shower did not work well and there were 3 flights of stairs to get to our room we paid over£90 a day and it did not include breakfast definitely won't be staying here it was not a relaxing holiday

Breakfast was lovely. Cooked to perfection and really hot. So easy to get into Filey and close to transport links if you wanted to visit elsewhere.

Graham & Julia gave us a warm welcome & insisted on carrying our luggage up to our room (top floor) the room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay again 😊
