"The guest house was fine but parking spoilt the holiday as l have cancer and can't walk far or unacc"

The breakfast was very good, well presented , hot and plentiful

The parking was not good. Parking on the,street outside the guest house was free between 6pm and 10am otherwise it was a nightmare to find any parking spaces paid or unpaid!!!

Breakfasts was excellent, very accommodating to our needs, fresh and plenty of it. Great location to town. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious, plenty of space for belongings.

Parking was an issue.

Everything about Benton was excellent except that we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs as elderly people. Second the shower cubicle was very high to enter and the water pressure delivering the shower not very strong.

"We had a lovely few days in Filey and felt well looked after."

The owners are lovely and very friendly. The guest house is in a perfect location for train shops and beach all walking distance.

The room was a bit small with no view I didn’t find the beds very comfortable, too soft for my liking. The elastic in the fitted sheets had gone, so kept falling off. Very heavy duvets, although we did find blankets in the cupboard.

Comfortable bed. Very convenient for the beach, cafe's and bus / train station.

The toilet seat could do with being one of those quiet closing ones.
