The location and facilities were excellent. Wendy was very accommodating and attentive. This is a lovely location and very well placed for exploring Cornwall. The breakfast must be mentioned as this is exceptional. Highly recommended if you're considering a stay. We will definitely be returning ourselves.

Lovely quiet and rural location; very friendly and welcoming hostess, comfortable bed and great wet room. Nice outside sitting area and the breakfasts were fabulous.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room (for early morning cup of tea!).
