Great location. Host was super welcoming and provided different suggestions in the area

Slightly cold room (central heating without possibility to change it). Also, to check in you need to contact the property (no reception). Missing a garbage can in the room.

Clean, comfortable and big room in a central location. Carlos, Emma and the rest of the staff are very nice and smiling people. They helped us with everything we needed. The smell in the building is amazing.

Everything was great

Delicious breakfast! Comfortable stay on a beautiful street. Our hosts were very helpful and kind and gave us lots of information. Not a long walk to many of the main sights of the city.

Was rather noisy at night as it’s such a busy street but that is to be somewhat expected I guess.

The property was not as described. The room lists a balcony with outdoor furniture, but the balcony was about a foot wide and filled with a plant, not furniture. The toaster and television listed were not there. We had no hot water and were moved to a property that lists on Booking.com as cheaper and has no lift and fewer amenities but were still charged full price.
