Mary was a lovely host who was very helpful with suggestions where to dine and visit. The room was small but adequate and serviced daily. Secure underground parking was provided.

Comfort, cleanliness and location were all excellent. Mary, our hostess was incredibly helpful regarding visits and directions as well as places to eat.

The location is great within easy walking distance into Truro - restaurants and shops but still in a very tranquil building/area. There is also great, safe underground parking which is invaluable in Cornwall. Mary is a wonderful, helpful and hospitable host and the room was very comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
