"A wonderful room very close to the town centre"

The room was immaculate with a daily turn-down service. The room was secure and parking was excellent. The location was within walking distance from town and there were many travel leaflets to show what attractions were in the nearby area.

Everything was perfect, no complaints.

"The best place we have stayed at in Cornwall."

The accommodation is a medium sized self contained room with double bed tv and en-suite bathroom situated within the hosts apartment but is private. Car parking is underground and the whole place is only accessible through a security gate to which you will be provided with a code. The continental breakfast was plentiful, though incurs a separate charge. Property was clean and very comfortable.

Nothing it was the best property we have ever stayed at in Cornwall.

"Easy recommendation – central, cozy, tidy, friendly!"

Mary is an absolute pleasure of a hostess: kind, warm, welcoming and funny. She was responsive and informative, and even surprised us at the train station when we arrived! The room was perfectly sized for our 2-night stay, with all the amenities (and more, with biscuits, a selection of teas, and toiletries!) and sparklingly tidy. Mary clearly loves running this B&B and her passion shows in every detail. We did not partake in the breakfast – it's an extra add-on – but I'm sure it would have been delicious. Truro is a wonderfully walkable city, everything is within a 10-15 minute walk and Chy Bre is in a residential area about a minute from the centre. Plenty of shops and eateries explore in town, Truro Cathedral of course, and the train station is nearby for easy connection to other Cornish towns.

Our room was just perfect and Mary is an absolute delight. She was kind and full of lots of good tips regarding Truro. It’s a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it anyone passing through. If traveling by car the parking facilities are great.
